The primary principle of the plunger pump cylinder fatigue testing unit is to utilize high-pressure water to generate hydraulic pulse effects inside gas cylinders and steel cylinders, thereby testing their pulse fatigue resistance. The equipment is capable of controlling both ambient temperature and medium temperature.

Test results are automatically saved, with simultaneous generation of reports in both Chinese and English. It allows for querying historical curves and data reports, printing outputs, and monitoring high-pressure gauges via video surveillance. The system triggers abnormal alarms in case of malfunctions, making it suitable for unattended operation.
